The UK is controlled directly via our Head Office and large warehouse facilities in Beckenham, Kent. We also have satellite depots in Scotland and Wales as well as dedicated distributors throughout the UK.
Our Contract and Service Departments offer a wide choice of services from the installation and commissioning of our own Jung Pumpen range of submersible pumps, including packaged systems, G.R.P. vessels, tank sets and individual pumps through to regular servicing and emergency attendance of our own vast range of Jung Pumpen equipment, and including that of all other leading manufacturers.
A fundamental part of our service is the comprehensive commissioning of your Jung Pumpen equipment carried out by our engineers directly after installation. This commissioning ensures your equipment is fully and correctly set up for the system into which it has been integrated and minimises the risk of future operating problems.
Our trained and experienced commissioning managers submit as standard a detailed report and O & M manuals, which provide the information necessary for those customers wishing to organise their own maintenance programme, following handover of the installation from the contractors. However we also recommend that our own commissioning Engineers carry out the initial commissioning as this then validates our warranty conditions.
Our fully stocked mobile service vehicles provide our engineers with all they need to carry out maintenance, adjustments and any repairs needed to pumps and related equipment.
